MINI RESEARCH : The Effect Of Light On The Growth Of Green Bean Sprouts

 Mini research objectives

The aim of this mini research is to see how the growth of green bean sprouts progresses in the different ways they can grow, namely growing with sufficient lighting from sunlight and not being exposed to sunlight.

Day 1

On the first day there was already a change in growth from those that did not receive sunlight, while those exposed to sunlight had no growth development.

Day 2

On the second day, both of them had progressed, but the one that was not exposed to sunlight developed faster than the one that was exposed to sunlight.

Day 3

On the third day, both grew equally, but the one that was exposed to the sun did not grow as much as the one that was not exposed to the sun. And from day 3 you can see the difference in each leaf.

Conclusion

growth in places that are not exposed to sunlight grows faster than growth that is exposed to sunlight, this happens because it is influenced by the auxin hormone, the auxin hormone will work in dark places or not exposed to direct sunlight
